Good afternoon. The arrival of Rwandan troops in Cabo Delgado province’s Macomia district (see our story below) marks a further step towards the strategic change in the war on the insurgency. Rwandan troops are taking the place of the South African units previously stationed in the district as part of the Southern African Development Community’s multinational force.
