The electoral authority is wrong to threaten political parties for campaigning

Good afternoon. Today brings yet more evidence of how the National Elections Commission (CNE) is actively conspiring to tilt the October elections in favour of ruling party Frelimo. Its spokesman Paulo Cuinica has been warning that political parties have been breaking the law by presenting their manifestos and canvassing for votes outside the official 45-day campaign period, which begins at the end of August.
