Three Niassa hunting camp workers freed after ransom paid to insurgents

Seven others remain unaccounted for after the September raid, as sources report a private $53,000 payment to secure the workers’ release

Three employees of Mozambique Wildlife Adventures (MWA) abducted during the 3 September attack on a hunting camp in Niassa have been released following a ransom payment, while seven others seized in the raid remain unaccounted for.
