Cabo Delgado insurgents kill civilians in Ancuabe in southward shift from Macomia

Islamic State-affiliated insurgents in Cabo Delgado moving south from Macomia district reached Ancuabe this week, where they split into two groups and attacked villages, killed civilians and destroyed property, and caused widespread panic and displacement.
